Kick off your morning on May 24th at 7:00 AM with an energizing and culturally enriching experience! We invite you to join our Fun & Run: “Art on the Move” – a light 3.5 km jog through the heart of Kaunas.
This isn't just a run – it’s a journey through an open-air gallery. Our route is specially designed to showcase the vibrant spirit of Kaunas, featuring stops at iconic street art installations, hidden murals, and unique urban sculptures. From the world-renowned Art Deco architecture to playful contemporary street art, you will discover why Kaunas is a hub for European culture.
The pace will be friendly and inclusive, with short stops at selected art objects to catch your breath and snap a few photos. Don’t miss this chance to see the city waking up while exploring its most creative corners!

THE ART DECO MUSEUM

The Art Deco Museum in Kaunas, opened in 2021, is located in a beautifully restored 1929 apartment that preserves original interiors, oak parquet, and XX century details. Created by two private founders without public funding, it offers Lithuania’s first Experiential Excursion — an immersive journey into the everyday life of interwar Kaunas. The museum is a rare example of sustainable cultural heritage brought to life with passion and historical accuracy.

KAUNAS TADAS IVANAUSKAS MUSEUM OF ZOOLOGY

Museum was founded in 1919, is one of the oldest museums in the Baltics. It houses around 300,000 zoological specimens, with over 15,000 on display, including dioramas and ecological compositions. The museum also operates the Ventės Ragas Ornithological Station, known for bird migration research.
