All abstracts should contain a title, full names and workplace(s) of the author(s), city, country, and email address. The lenght of the abstract, including the title, should not exceed 3000 characters without spaces. Submissions must be in English. Do not use commercial drug names. The names of drugs should be referred to by the active substance.

- Conclusions


Use standard abbreviations where appropriate; any unusual abbreviation should be presented in brackets after the full term when used for the first time in the text. All abstracts will be reviewed. 

Accepted abstracts will be selected for an Oral presentation or a Poster presentation and will be published in the Congress Online Abstract Book with an ISBN code. 
The authors of the two best posters will be nominated and awarded with prizes.

HOW TO SUBMIT:

- In order to submit (any number of submissions) you will need to set yourself up as a New User and provide your contact information.
- Select “Submit Abstract” to add your submission(s) to the system. The system will prompt you for the required information.
- You will be asked to select a submission topic for your submission.
- You will be asked for your preference of the presentation format – either oral or poster.
- Please submit abstracts only in the Microsoft Word (.docx) version.

AFTER SUBMISSION:

- The online system will enable you to add multiple submissions to your profile.
- All submissions will be acknowledged by email. If you have not received a confirmation of receipt within 5 working days of your submission, please contact the Congress Secretariat.
- Reviewers will review all abstracts, and their decision on the acceptability of the abstract and the format of the presentation will be final. No correspondence on their decision can be initiated by the author(s).
- An Abstract will be reviewed only if the first author of the abstract is registered for the Congress.
- Instructions on the duration of the oral presentations and the format of the posters, will be given in the correspondence of the results, which is planned after 31 July 2026. This includes the confirmation of acceptance or decline.
